Artisan Engineer
Metalsmith • Green woodworker • Craftsman

About
Leo Singleton is a craftsman, metalsmith, designer and engineer who has spent most of his adult life problem-solving, making and experimenting always with the aim of achieving a balance between quality of function and aesthetics.
When these primary aspects are in harmony even the simplest of objects, such as a wooden bowl, becomes vibrant and is a pleasure to use.
Leo has developed a keen instinct for form and proportion, and a feel for materials which provides a foundation for his work and informs his designs.

2021 -Message to visitors:
I am currently taking a break from my jewellery/woodwork to support the family business. I do have a few items still available from stock but will not be producing any new pieces until later this year.

Thank-you, Leo.
Leo lives on Spindlebrook Farm in Devon with his partner Helen.

Having lived in a yurt for years, pursuing a low impact lifestyle, he has developed a keen understanding and appreciation of true sustainability which he applies to his life and work.
